The Fire HD 8 Plus is one of the best budget tablets around. It is powered by the MediaTek 8168 processor and has 3GB of RAM and 32GB base storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB. As the name implies, it sports an 8-inch screen with a resolution of 1,280×800 pixels. For the price, the display is as good as it gets, and the performance is also quite zippy. The tablet offers a battery life of 12 hours and it can be charged wirelessly.

The device runs Amazon’s FireOS, which, as you would expect, comes loaded with Amazon’s services. The front camera has been relocated to the side to facilitate video calling in the landscape mode.
