The dimension of the smartphone is 131.4 x 53 x 13.7 mm and it weighs 104.7 grams. The display size of the device is 2.4 inches with a TFT screen type that provides a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels.
The internal storage is 512 MB that supports 4 MB RAM with an accelerometer sensor. The device is available in three colors: Charcoal, Cyan, and White. It includes features such as GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, and micro USB.
The phone runs on the KaiOS operating system. It also features a single rear camera, 3 MP while there is no camera available on the front. Nokia 6300 4G is fueled with a removable Li-Po 1500 mAh battery and comes with a loudspeaker facility.
