Poco unveiled two affordable devices – the Poco X3 NFC for Europe and the Poco M2 for India. The Poxo X3 NFC is the first Snapdragon 732-powered smartphone, it has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD with 120Hz refresh rate, a 64MP main camera and a massive 5,160mAh battery that recharges at 33W. The Poco X3 NFC is on sale, starting at €229 for a 6/64GB model.

The Poco M2 has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD, a 13MP main camera, Helio G80 chipset and a 5,000mAh battery. It will go on sale on September 15, starting at INR 10,999 for a 6/64GB model.

Apple sent out invites for a September 15 event, which will be focused around the new Apple Watch Series 6 and likely an affordable variant of the Apple Watch Series 3. A new Apple iPad Air is also expected to go live at the event, but no iPhone announcements.

Speaking of iPhone, new rumors suggest that the 6.1-inch iPhone 12 will launch first with the highest-end 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max to launch last. Apple will reportedly ramp up iPhone 12 series production by the end of the month.

Motorola unveiled the foldable Razr 5G. It features a more rigid folding screen design with a better hinge, a Snapdragon 765G, a higher-res 48MP main camera, a slightly lower $1.399 price tag and a physical SIM tray (not to mention no carrier exclusivity this time).

Android 11 was seeded to Pixel and other smartphones, while Huawei unveiled both EMUI 11 and HarmonyOS 2.0, coming to smartphones next year.

The Samsung Galaxy M51 brought its 7,000mAh battery to the Indian market, while the Galaxy S20 FE was briefly shown on Samsung’s Philippine website with a 6.5-inch Super Dynamic display (120Hz), triple camera and 4,500mAh battery.
