vivo unveils OriginOS update roadmap, over 30 phones make the cut

Yesterday vivo introduced its OriginOS – a replacement of FuntouchOS with more interactive widgets, new gestures, and plenty of visual changes. Today, the company revealed on Weibo the full roadmap for updates and it is quite promising – over 30 vivo phones will switch to OriginOS, starting from the yet unreleased X series, rumored to be called vivo X60.

Here’s the full breakdown of when the first public beta will roll out and which devices are scheduled to participate:

The update schedule is for vivo phones, sold in China that lack Google services. There is still no information about the global rollout schedule, but we normally it’s a month or two after the Chinese release for each specific phone.
