Apple teases 'One More Thing' as it announces November 10 event
Apple held a dedicated Apple Watch and iPad event in September. That was followed by one focused on the iPhone 12 and HomePod mini in October. Now, the company has announced a third Fall 2020 event.

What is expected at the November Apple Event?

Happening next Tuesday, November 10, the pre-recorded press event is expected to focus on the ARM-backed Apple Silicon Mac lineup that was first confirmed back at WWDC 2020 in June.

Recent reports indicate there are plans to unveil an updated 13-inch MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro. Apple is understood to be working on a 14-inch MacBook Pro model, but that probably won't arrive until 2021, so the device coming next week will maintain the existing form factor.

Apple is also preparing a revised 16-inch MacBook Pro, according to Bloomberg, with an Apple Silicon chip inside. Recent rumors have even mentioned the possibility of a 12-inch MacBook, but that is now looking less likely.

In regards to the long-term strategy, Apple is developing an Apple Silicon-powered Mac mini, a redesigned iMac with Apple Silicon inside, and a half-sized Mac Pro, although these products probably won't be announced until 2021.

Apple's highly anticipated AirTags could be announced too

In addition to the new Apple Silicon Mac products, Apple may also unveil its AirTags item tracking tags. These were expected to debut earlier this year and have been delayed several times, but are believed to have recently entered the final stages of performance testing ahead of their release.

AirTags reportedly leverage Apple's new Ultra Wideband chip, that's found inside recent products like the iPhone 12 and HomePod mini, to provide more accurate item tracking than traditional Wi-Fi and GPS trackers.
Two sizes are said to be in the works, one with a focus on smaller objects like wallets and the other made with larger objects like backpacks in mind. To easily attach AirTags to these items, Apple has also created a custom keychain and leather sleeve.
There's no official word on prices at the moment, but one report did mention Apple pricing its next accessory between $69 and $99. Whether that's an accurate prediction or not will remain to be seen.

What about Apple's AirPods Studio headphones?

Another product that could make an appearance next week, although much less likely, is AirPods Studio. Like AirTags, Apple has delayed its over-ear premium headphones countless times and recent reports hinted at even more issues.
Jon Prosser says the headphones won't be ready until December at the earliest. That doesn't completely rule out an announcement next week, but an introduction in 2021 is certainly more probable.

If the headphones are unveiled, customers can expect a completely reversible design that's capable of detecting which ear is which. Connectivity-wise, expect the headphones to use both Bluetooth and a custom Apple audio chip, with charging happening through a USB-C port.
To add a touch of personalization, Apple has fitted AirPods Studio with magnetic ear cups that can be swapped out for ones that offer different materials or colors. A swappable headband was also in the works but it has been cut due to production issues.
Apple will initially offer two versions. The Sport model should retail at $349 and the Luxury model is said to cost $599.
